When everyone believes there is no hope for her terminally ill son, Bahar finds out that there would be a very small chance to save his life using the cord blood. Understanding that she has got a little time to proceed with this, she must make a vital decision: either to stay with her beloved second husband and say farewell to her son or get a divorce, remarry her first husband and give birth to a child only for the sake of the cord blood. Born in 1968 in Tehran, Hamid Reza Ghorbani is a graduate of Communication Science. He has been active as editor and director of TV documentaries and series. After working as assistant director (most notably in Asghar Farhadi’s films such as ABOUT ELLY and A SEPARATION), he made the TV movie, THREE FISH, which brought him a number of national and international awards. In 2016, Ghorbani made his debut feature, A HOUSE ON 41ST, which was well received in the international scene. BONE MARROW is his second feature film.
