Mehdi Mokhtari, born in 1987 in Tehran. He earned his Bachelor diploma in Graphic Design.He works as filmmaker, scriptwriter and editor. He is a member of the Iranian Society of Photographers and of the Board of Selection of the Tasvir Short Film Festival.
