Born in 1957 in Tehran, he majored in Natural Sciences from high school. He is currently working at Kanoon as director, scriptwriter, puppet animator, puppet designer, set designer, and cinematographer. He has made several short, experimental, puppet animation films. His filmography includes: The Farmer and the Robot 2011, Once a Crow.. 2006, The White-Winged 2003 and Bahador in 2000.
