Born in 1974 in Torbat Heydariyeh, Khorasan, Iran, Setareh Eskandari is a prolific actress who is highly acclaimed and awarded in different theatre, TV and film ceremonies and festivals. Working with big names in Iranian theatre, most notably with Ali Rafiee in Dey Troop, Eskandari has been also active as stage and TV play director. THE SUN OF THAT MOON is her directorial debut feature film.
